Whenever a complicated IT issue occurs, you can contact ASAPIT to get second, higher level, of IT support. Our fast reaction is secured by our Helpdesk center and the remote control system. In case you have only one employee for IT support, and he needs to be out of office for some reason (annual holiday, illness, etc.), our team will take over also his tasks for basic computer support at your organization.
